Small Group Tutoring Learning is often even more enjoyable when it's shared. My small group tutoring sessions provide a supportive and engaging environment where children can learn alongside their peers, build confidence, and develop key skills together. With over 12 years of teaching experience and a PGCE qualification, I create interactive lessons that encourage discussion, teamwork, and independent thinking. Groups are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of **five children**, ensuring every child receives individual support while benefiting from collaborative learning. Sessions are available online or in person and can be tailored to suit the group's needs. Whether children are preparing for assessments, reinforcing classroom learning, or exploring new topics, each lesson is carefully planned to keep learners motivated, challenged, and engaged. I offer small group tuition across the primary curriculum, including: * English – phonics, reading, comprehension, grammar, spelling, punctuation, writing and vocabulary. * Mathematics – number, arithmetic, reasoning, problem solving, fractions, decimals, percentages, geometry and measurement. * Science * Humanities * Languages * Computing * Homework support and study skills * Preparation for school assessments and end-of-unit tests Small group sessions offer the perfect balance of personalised support and collaborative learning. Children gain confidence by sharing ideas, learning from one another, and celebrating success together, all within a friendly and encouraging environment where every learner is valued.
